ICYMI: Following Trump Cancelling Signing Ceremony, Rosen Calls on Trump to Sign Bipartisan Housing Bill ASAP

WASHINGTON, DC – Yesterday, after Donald Trump abruptly canceled the signing ceremony for the bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) criticized this decision and called on him to sign this landmark bill as soon as possible. This bipartisan bill which she helped pass would be the biggest housing package in decades, aimed at increasing the supply of housing while also decreasing costs for hardworking Americans. Unfortunately, on the day he was supposed to sign the bill, Donald Trump said that he would prevent  the housing package from becoming law until Congress passes the SAVE America Act, the Republican bill that would make it harder for Americans to vote.
