ICYMI: Rosen’s Bipartisan, Bicameral MOBILE Health Care Act Heads to President’s Desk

WASHINGTON DC – After advancing out of the U.S. Senate last month, Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV)’s bipartisan, bicameral Maximizing Outcomes through Better Investments in Lifesaving Equipment for (MOBILE) Health Care Act with Congresswoman Susie Lee (NV-03) recently passed the U.S. House of Representatives and is now headed to the President’s desk to be signed into law. The legislation provides community health centers with the flexibility to use federal funds to establish new, mobile health care delivery sites to increase access to health care services in rural and underserved communities.

Reporter: “Rosen authored the legislation that had massive bipartisan support.
