WASHINGTON, D.C.<\/strong> \u2013 Today, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) released the following statement urging Nevadans to participate in the upcoming 2020 Census:

\nBACKGROUND:<\/strong><\/u> Last October<\/a>, Senator Rosen co-hosted a Census Job and Information Fair with the U.S. Census Bureau, providing Southern Nevada Residents with pertinent information on the upcoming Census. \nLast July, Senator Rosen, a member of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC), questioned U.S. Census Bureau officials during a HSGAC<\/a> hearing on the Bureau\u2019s efforts to ensure that immigrant communities are accurately counted in the 2020 U.S. Census.<\/p>\n
