Roman&quot;,serif;color:black\">\u201cA city like Elko, Nevada \u2013 a wonderful and vibrant community in the northeastern part of our great state \u2013 ranked among the top cities nationwide for the slowest internet speed; a list you don\u2019t want to be on the top of,\u201d<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><b>began Senator Rosen.<\/b><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>\u201cIn fact, no city in Nevada ranked near the top for highest internet speed.<\/span><u1_p><\/u1_p><o_p><\/o_p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">\u201c<span style=\"color:black\">But Elko is not alone,&nbsp;as&nbsp;sixty-five percent of our rural population&nbsp;is&nbsp;without access to&nbsp;high-speed internet,&nbsp;compared to just five percent of&nbsp;our urban centers<\/span>,\u201d<span
