    background:white;background-position:initial initial;background-repeat:     initial initial\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">Establishing a NHSC Reserve Corps demonstration option to allow health professionals to serve for two years in \u201creserve status\u201d for each qualifying year of scholarship.&nbsp;
