The <em>Access to Birth Control Act <\/em>would also aim to ensure that no one is intimidated, threatened, or harassed when seeking birth control, and it would protect access to both contraceptives and medication deemed necessary by their medical provider to be used in conjunction with contraceptives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAt a time when anti-choice extremists are going after women\u2019s reproductive care, we must protect access to contraception,\u201d<strong> dijo el Senador Rosen.<\/strong> \u201cThat\u2019s why I\u2019m supporting legislation to guarantee access to contraception at local pharmacies. I\u2019ll always stand up for women and their ability to make their own family planning decisions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senator Rosen continues fighting back against efforts to restrict access to reproductive rights. Senator Rosen helped introduce the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2023\/04\/26\/rosen-helps-introduce-legislation-to-protect-doctors-providing-reproductive-care-from-prosecution-by-anti-choice-states\/\"><em>Let Doctors Provide Reproductive Health Care Act<\/em><\/a> to protect doctors and other health care professionals from being prosecuted for providing reproductive care to their patients. Senator Rosen also helped introduce the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2023\/03\/08\/rosen-cortez-masto-introduce-legislation-to-restore-and-protect-americans-right-to-an-abortion-nationwide\/\"><em>Women\u2019s Health Protection Act<\/em><\/a> to restore <em>Roe v.
