In 2016, the IHRA consortium of 31 countries at the time, including the United States, Israel, and most of Europe, developed and formally adopted the<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><i>Working Definition of Antisemitism<\/i>: \u201cAnti-Semitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of anti-Semitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and\/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.\u201d The working definition also includes several important illustrations of anti-Semitism in order to provide a non-exhaustive list of helpful examples.<\/span><u1_p><\/u1_p><o_p><\/o_p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-variant-caps: normal;text-align:start;-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;word-spacing:0px\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;color:black\">Last year, Senators Rosen and<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>Lankford<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>launched the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;color:black\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-launches-bipartisan-task-force-combating-anti-semitism\/\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt;color:#954F72\">Senate Bipartisan Task Force for Combating Anti-Semitism<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;color:black\">.
