Wade<\/em>, anti-choice extremists are trying to do everything they can to control women\u2019s family-planning decisions. We\u2019ve recently seen extremists in Alabama try to block women from accessing IVF, and we need to proactively protect it in federal law, \u201d<strong> dijo el Senador Rosen.<\/strong> \u201cIt\u2019s unconscionable that anti-choice politicians in the Senate opposed a common-sense bill that would\u2019ve safeguarded women\u2019s ability to start or grow their families through IVF. I\u2019ll keep fighting to restore women\u2019s reproductive freedoms and prevent politicians from telling women what to do with their bodies.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senator Rosen continues fighting to restore reproductive freedoms and fight efforts to restrict access to reproductive rights. Earlier this year, she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2024\/02\/27\/rosen-joins-bill-to-protect-womens-access-to-start-or-grow-family-through-ivf\/\">joined legislation<\/a> to protect IVF treatments in federal law. Senator Rosen also helped introduce the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2023\/04\/26\/rosen-helps-introduce-legislation-to-protect-doctors-providing-reproductive-care-from-prosecution-by-anti-choice-states\/\"><em>Let Doctors Provide Reproductive Health Care Act<\/em><\/a> to protect doctors and other health care professionals from being prosecuted for providing reproductive care to their patients.
