The bipartisan <em>Fiscal State of the Nation Act<\/em> would require the Comptroller General to address Congress each year and present the Financial Report of the United States Government in order to provide an analysis of the nation\u2019s fiscal state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSince coming to the U.S. Senate, it\u2019s been a priority for me to make sure Nevadans\u2019 hard-earned tax dollars are used efficiently &amp; effectively,\u201d <strong>dijo el Senador Rosen.<\/strong> \u201cThat\u2019s why I\u2019ve helped introduce this bipartisan bill to promote more fiscal responsibility in Washington and require annual reports to Congress on the nation\u2019s fiscal state.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senator Rosen has been a leader in fighting for fiscal responsibility and protecting Nevadans\u2019 tax dollars. Earlier this year, she helped pass <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2024\/05\/23\/rosen-backs-bipartisan-bill-to-reduce-government-waste-eliminate-duplicative-federal-programs\/\">bipartisan legislation<\/a> out of committee to cut down on wasteful spending by ensuring the federal government does not make improper payments to people after they have passed away. She also joined <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2024\/05\/03\/rosen-joins-bipartisan-bill-to-reduce-waste-fraud-abuse-in-federal-spending\/\">bipartisan legislation<\/a> to investigate, review, and audit federal funding from pandemic-related programs, federal unemployment insurance, Small Business Administration loans, and other landmark legislation to stop any waste, fraud, and abuse of taxpayer dollars.
