This means that the next Justice will decide whether individuals with pre-existing conditions could be denied health care coverage,\u201d <b>dijo el Senador Rosen.<\/b> \u201cNot only does Judge Barrett support the President\u2019s plan to dismantle our nation\u2019s health care law and eliminate reproductive freedoms, but the rush to confirm her nomination clearly violates the precedent that Senate Republicans set just four years ago for filling a Supreme Court vacancy. In fact, unlike the 2016 election, millions of Americans across the country are already voting.
