Currently, individuals who receive other public benefits, such as a government pension, often cannot access the full Social Security benefits they have earned when they retire or face the death of a spouse. The bipartisan <em>Social Security Fairness Act<\/em> will end this unfair practice and allow these individuals to collect their full Social Security benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAnyone who pays into Social Security throughout their entire career deserves to have full access to its benefits when they retire \u2013 and our public servants should be no exception,\u201d <strong>dijo el Senador Rosen.<\/strong> \u201cI helped pass the bipartisan <em>Social Security Fairness Act<\/em> in the Senate to allow firefighters, teachers, and other first responders to be able to fully access their Social Security benefits. I look forward to seeing it signed into law.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senator Rosen has been a staunch supporter of both Social Security and Medicare. She has <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SenJackyRosen\/status\/1866247581061280151\">vocally<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SenJackyRosen\/status\/1823736300291416531\">repeatedly<\/a> called to protect them and the benefits they provide to Americans.
