Texas<\/i>, a case that may determine the future of the Affordable Care Act (ACA):<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">\u201cAccess to quality, affordable health care coverage is critical, especially now,\u201d <b>dijo el Senador Rosen. <\/b>\u201cSince becoming law, the Affordable Care Act has guaranteed health care to thousands of Nevada families, regardless of pre-existing conditions. Without the ACA\u2019s protections in place, Americans will be in danger of losing health care coverage in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. I call on the Supreme Court to uphold the ACA and rule against this attempt to sabotage our nation\u2019s health care law. United States<\/i> \u2013 a lawsuit that was a precursor to the current case <i>California v.
