Senator Rosen discussed the Senate Bipartisan Task Force for Combating Anti-Semitism\u2019s efforts to curb the disturbing rise of anti-Semitism in the United States and globally, including by advocating <span style=\"color:#1f497d\">f<\/span>or comprehensive Holocaust education.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">\u201cWe have a responsibility to our neighbors, our friends, our community, and our children to help prevent anti-Semitism before it starts. With anti-Semitism on the rise and Holocaust awareness declining, the most powerful tool to prevent human rights atrocities like the Holocaust from occurring again is through education,\u201d<b> dijo el Senador Rosen.<\/b> \u201cI\u2019m glad to join the Anti-Defamation League in speaking out against hate, and in support of the Never Again Education Act, bipartisan legislation that I introduced that is now law. This law will help ensure that schools and educators have the resources and materials to teach the lessons of the Holocaust, in order to ensure that the words \u2018Never Again\u2019 hold true. As such, Senator Rosen has been an outspoken advocate of&nbsp;combating anti-Semitism in the United States, the Middle East, Europe, and around the world.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">Last year, Senator Rosen joined Senators Kevin Cramer (R-ND), Marco Rubio (R-FL), and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) to introduce the <i><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-cramer-rubio-blumenthal-introduce-bipartisan-bill-fund-holocaust-education-schools\/\"><span style=\"color:#0563c1\">Never Again Education Act<\/span><\/a><\/i>, bipartisan legislation that would establish a dedicated federal fund to provide teachers with resources and training necessary to teach our students the important lessons of the Holocaust. In May, the <i>Never Again Education Act<\/i> was signed into law.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">Last year, Rosen launched the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-launches-bipartisan-task-force-combating-anti-semitism\/\"><span style=\"color:#0563c1\">Senate Bipartisan Task Force for Combating Anti-Semitism<\/span><\/a>, with co-chair Senator James Lankford (R-OK).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">In January, Rosen&nbsp;and&nbsp;Lankford, along with Senators Ben Cardin (D-MD), Kevin Cramer (R-ND), and Robert Menendez (D-NJ)&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-lankford-menendez-cramer-cardin-introduce-bipartisan-resolution-commemorating-75th\/\"><span style=\"color:#954f72\">introduced a resolution<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:black\">&nbsp;commemorating the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp by Allied Forces during World War II.
