This bipartisan legislation would require the National Science Foundation (NSF) to award grants to institutes of higher education that support research on suicide treatment and prevention.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">\u201cSuicide is a heartbreaking tragedy that impacts far too many of our fellow Americans.
