While I may not agree with everything she does, I voted to confirm her because I believe she is a nominee who I can work with to deliver for Nevada workers and their families.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a former union member, Senator Rosen has been a strong advocate for Nevada\u2019s workers. Last week, she helped reintroduce the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2025\/03\/10\/rosen-helps-reintroduce-pro-act-to-support-workers-rights-establish-strong-labor-standards\/\"><em>PRO Act<\/em><\/a>, comprehensive labor legislation to protect the rights of workers to stand together and bargain for fair wages, better benefits, and safer workplaces. Last year, Rosen helped introduce the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2024\/05\/16\/rosen-helps-introduce-bill-to-protect-collective-bargaining-for-law-enforcement-public-employees\/\"><em>Public Service Freedom to Negotiate Act<\/em><\/a> to federally guarantee the right of law enforcement officials and other public employees to organize and collectively bargain. Last Congress, she co-sponsored the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2023\/05\/23\/rosen-helps-introduce-legislation-to-guarantee-paid-sick-leave-for-workers\/\"><em>FAMILY Act<\/em><\/a>, which would provide all workers with twelve weeks of paid parental, medical, and caregiving leave.
