The bill would provide billions of dollars in aid to small businesses during the coronavirus pandemic through the EIDL and EIDL Advance programs and lift the caps on both. A key part of this legislation \u2013 funding $10,000 EIDL Advance grants for low-income businesses and allowing many past EIDL Advance recipients of all sizes to get the full $10,000 grant \u2013 was <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-statement-following-vote-pass-government-funding-and-covid-19-relief-package\/\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#0563c1\">included in the COVID relief package<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:black\"> that recently passed the House and Senate.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"tab-stops:list .5in\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-cramer-introduce-bipartisan-bill-help-businesses-upgrade-ventilation-systems-curb-spread\/\"><i><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#0563c1\">The Filtering and Retrofitting the Environment for Safe and Healthy Activities Indoors and Revenue (FRESH AIR) for Businesses Act<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">. The bill would provide <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">a refundable tax credit <span style=\"color:black\">to businesses and non-profit organizations that purchase or upgrade their air ventilation, filtration, and purification systems to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and other airborne diseases.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"tab-stops:list .5in\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-ernst-introduce-bipartisan-legislation-invest-small-businesses-make-child-care-more\/\"><i><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#0563c1\">Small Business Child Care Investment Act<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">. The bill would allow nonprofit child care providers to participate in the Small Business Administration\u2019s loan programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"tab-stops:list .5in\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-young-introduce-bipartisan-small-manufacturer-cybersecurity-enhancement-act\/\"><i><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#0563c1\">Small Manufacturer Cybersecurity Enhancement Act<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">. The bill would provide cybersecurity assistance for small manufacturers in the defense industrial supply chain. This legislation <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/senate-passed-ndaa-includes-5-rosen-bills-strengthen-us-cybersecurity-numerous-rosen-requests-are\/\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#0563c1\">passed the House and Senate as part of the FY2021 National Defense Authorization<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"> Act and recently became law.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"tab-stops:list .5in\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-hyde-smith-introduce-bipartisan-jobs-bill-support-mid-career-workers-re-entering-or\/\"><i><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#0563c1\">STEM RESTART Act<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">. This bill would provide funding to small and medium-sized STEM businesses to offer robust, paid, mid-career internships, known as \u201creturnships\u201d, for mid-career workers seeking to return or transition into the STEM workforce.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"tab-stops:list .5in\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/during-national-small-business-week-rosen-cornyn-eshoo-katko-introduce-bipartisan-bicameral\/\"><i><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#0563c1\">Improving Cybersecurity of Small Organizations Act<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">.
