Even if you&#8217;re not on Medicaid, but you live in Nevada and you go, \u2018Who cares? It doesn&#8217;t impact me.\u2019 Well, it does, because if these folks are taken to our only Level I Trauma Center in the state of Nevada, which is University Medical Center, we will be paying at the highest rate for their care, which means the taxpayers will be footing the bill.
