These amendments will create reserve funds to: 1) ensure equitable access to critical health services \u2013 particularly for underrepresented minorities who lack equal access to vaccines and other health care; 2) support EIDL loans and grants for small businesses; and 3) assist small businesses that are minority-owned or located in rural or underserved communities.
