The <em>Tax Cut for Workers Act<\/em> will give millions of working Americans a much-needed tax break by permanently expanding the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC). The <em>American Families Act<\/em> will permanently expand the Child Tax Credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNevada families are struggling with rising costs made worse by the Trump Administration\u2019s reckless tariff threats and program cuts,\u201d <strong>dijo el Senador Rosen. <\/strong>\u201cWhile Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans are working to give billionaires more tax breaks, I\u2019m proud to help introduce bills to cut taxes for hardworking Nevada families and provide them with real financial relief. I\u2019ll keep fighting to bring down costs for Nevadans.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senator Rosen has consistently supported <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2024\/07\/16\/rosen-calls-for-middle-class-tax-cut-tax-relief-for-working-families-ensuring-massive-corporations-pay-fair-share\/\">efforts to cut taxes<\/a> and lower costs for hardworking Nevadans while making sure billionaires and big corporations pay their fair share. Earlier this year, she introduced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2025\/01\/16\/rosen-helps-introduce-bipartisan-bill-to-exempt-tips-from-federal-income-tax\/\">bipartisan legislation<\/a> to exempt tipped wages from federal income tax. Last year, Senator Rosen sent a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2024\/02\/01\/rosen-pushes-to-pass-bipartisan-tax-cut-package-in-senate\/\">letter<\/a> urging Senate leaders to put a bipartisan tax cut package on the Senate floor for a vote.
