This unconscionable action shows the lengths Donald Trump will go to push his extreme anti-immigrant agenda and rip families apart. It\u2019s more important than ever before that Congress passes the SECURE Act, so we can permanently protect TPS recipients and their families\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senator Rosen has been a strong advocate for protecting TPS recipients and fighting back against Trump\u2019s attacks on immigrant communities. She recently helped introduce the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2025\/06\/23\/following-trump-attacks-on-tps-rosen-helps-introduce-bill-to-protect-tps-recipients\/\"><em>SECURE Act<\/em><\/a> to provide permanent protections and a pathway to citizenship for TPS recipients. After the Supreme Court allowed Trump to revoke TPS for Venezuelans, Senator Rosen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2025\/05\/19\/rosen-statement-on-supreme-court-ruling-allowing-trump-administration-to-revoke-tps-for-venezuelans\/\">condemned the decision<\/a> for putting families back into harm\u2019s way. She has also urged the executive branch to act, joining colleagues in 2021 in calling on the Biden administration to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2021\/05\/28\/rosen-colleagues-urge-biden-administration-to-utilize-tps-to-protect-vulnerable-populations\/\">expand and utilize TPS<\/a> to protect vulnerable populations facing unsafe conditions in their home countries.
