Xavier Becerra has repeatedly defended our nation\u2019s health care law, and as HHS Secretary, he will be just as fierce a defender of the public\u2019s health. As the first Latino to lead this agency, he will be instrumental in ensuring relief is sent to communities most affected by the pandemic, particularly minority and rural communities.
