This legislation would protect Dreamers to ensure that they are not targeted for deportation by protecting DACA application information from being disclosed to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) for any purpose other than implementing DACA. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">\u201cIt\u2019s incredibly important that we safeguard the private information of young immigrants who were promised by the federal&nbsp;government that they would be protected when coming out of the shadows to enroll in DACA,\u201d <b>dijo el Senador Rosen.<\/b> \u201cOur Dreamers in Nevada and across the country represent some of our country\u2019s best and brightest, and they strengthen our nation through their countless contributions.
