Senator Rosen spoke with owner Magnolia Magat and Executive Chef Jackie Lim, who recently secured a second Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan through Navy&nbsp;Federal Credit Union in order to keep their business afloat. They also discussed the Senator\u2019s work to support Nevada\u2019s small business community during the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">\u201cSince opening their doors in 2014, Truffles N Bacon has become a staple of the Las Vegas restaurant community, and one of over 20,000 AAPI-owned small businesses that call our state home,\u201d <b>dijo el Senador Rosen.<\/b> \u201cAs a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, they, like many restaurants and small businesses in Nevada, have faced difficult economic challenges. The bill was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-backed-bill-extend-paycheck-protection-program-through-may-signed-law\/\"><span style=\"color:#0563c1\">convirti\u00f3 en ley<\/span><\/a> on March 30, 2021.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span Paycheck Protection <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Program in April 2020 until March 28, 2021, Nevada small businesses have received a total of 77,941 PPP loans, amounting to more than $6 billion.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#222222\">los <i><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-votes-pass-american-rescue-plan-act\/\"><span style=\"color:#0563c1\">American Rescue Plan
