font-variant:normal; white-space:pre-wrap\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\"><span style=\"font-style:normal\"><span style=\"text-decoration:none\">During COVID-19, the Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services (CMS) expanded access to telehealth services to a range of health care providers, and this legislation would permanently expand that eligibility.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.38\"><span style=\"font-size:13.999999999999998pt; font-variant:normal; white-space:pre-wrap\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\"><span style=\"font-style:normal\"><span style=\"text-decoration:none\">\u201cThe COVID-19 pandemic has spurred the growing use of telehealth services in Nevada and across the country, and this is especially important in our state&#8217;s rural and underserved areas where it&#8217;s already much harder to access in-person medical care,\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:13.999999999999998pt; font-variant:normal; white-space:pre-wrap\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\"><span style=\"font-style:normal\"><span style=\"text-decoration:none\"> Earlier this year, Senator Rosen and Senator Dan Sullivan (R-AK) led a bipartisan group of Senators \u2013 including Senators Jon Tester (D-MT), Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), Ben Ray Lujan (D-NM), and Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) \u2013 to introduce their <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-leads-bipartisan-group-senators-introduce-bipartisan-legislation-expand-access-telehealth\/\" style=\"text-decoration:none\"><span style=\"font-size:13.999999999999998pt; font-variant:normal; white-space:pre-wrap\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#1155cc\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\"><span style=\"font-style:italic\"><span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><span style=\"-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none\"><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none\">Rural and Frontier Telehealth Expansion Act<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size:13.999999999999998pt; font-variant:normal; white-space:pre-wrap\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\"><span style=\"font-style:normal\"><span style=\"text-decoration:none\">.
