And they have to be able to take care of their families as well. And so, what we need \u2013 much like rural communities, it\u2019s very similar, the solutions are right \u2013 it has to be affordable for families, which also creates an issue where there\u2019s got to be enough supply because if families can\u2019t find it, they\u2019re using unlicensed and unregulated care.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.2;
