DOI&#8217;s plan to modernize federal oil and gas royalties for public lands &#8211; for the first time in more than a century &#8211; closely follows Senator Rosen&#8217;s bipartisan legislation and her repeated calls to fix this issue. font-variant:normal; white-space:pre-wrap\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#1155cc\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\"><span style=\"font-style:normal\"><span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><span style=\"-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none\"><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none\">Taxpayers for Common Sense<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size:13.999999999999998pt;
