The senators are urging the Secretary to implement policy changes to grant service members in need of abortion care services permission to travel across state lines to access comprehensive reproductive health care.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.2\"><span style=\"font-size:13.999999999999998pt; font-variant:normal; style=\"font-style:normal\"><span style=\"text-decoration:none\">The senators pushed the secretary on what steps the Defense Department is
