This project includes 480 affordable housing units and it is one of the largest affordable housing communities in Nevada\u2019s history. She led <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#0e101a\">the efforts in Congress to secure<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-applauds-president-biden-signing-bipartisan-government-funding-legislation-law\/\"> <span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#1155cc\">$166 million<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#0e101a\"> in the bipartisan government funding bill for NeighborWorks, which directly funds Nevada HAND, and she worked with Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV) to<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-cortez-masto-secure-major-investments-critical-projects-across-nevada\/\"> <span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#1155cc\">secure $1 million in Community Project Funding<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#0e101a\"> for affordable housing and new business developments in Clark County. She also led the charge in the Senate to increase funding by 25 percent for HUD-VASH vouchers to house veterans. In 2021, Senator Rosen helped to pass the <i>American Rescue Plan Act<\/i>, which included nearly $165 million in funding for Nevada for emergency rental assistance, as well as the funds for Nevada\u2019s $500 million <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#212529\">Home Means Nevada
