Jacky Rosen (D-Nev.) and Jon Tester (D-Mont.) are introducing a resolution formally opposing a much-maligned Republican proposal to establish a national sales tax.<\/li><li>Rosen and Tester\u2019s resolution, which boasts 12 cosponsors, also \u201csupports the passage of a responsible tax cut\u201d to benefit middle-class families.
