I will also continue to defend the constitutionality of our nation\u2019s health care law so that all families, in Nevada and across the country, have the resources they need to care for themselves and their loved ones.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>BACKGROUND:<\/strong><\/u> Last month, Senator Rosen co-sponsored the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/rosen-co-sponsors-improving-hope-alzheimers-act\/\"> Improving HOPE (Health, Outcomes, Planning, and Education) for Alzheimer\u2019s Act<\/a>, bipartisan legislation that would work to increase the utilization of care planning resources among Alzheimer\u2019s patients and caregivers.<\/p>\n<p>Last Congress, then-Congresswoman Rosen co-sponsored the BOLD Infrastructure for Alzheimer\u2019s Act, bipartisan legislation that would provide funding to state and public health departments to implement effective interventions to promote early detection and diagnosis and reduce risk.
