Due to frequent moves by military families, military spouses are often forced to find new jobs with every change in their servicemember\u2019s duty station. This bipartisan bill would amend the Work Opportunity Tax Credit\u00a0to incentivize employers and businesses to hire military spouses. According to a recent <a href=\"https:\/\/bluestarfam.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/BSF_Comp_Infographic_MFLS2021_03_10.pdf\">survey<\/a>, military spouse employment is one of the top issues affecting active duty families, and the top contributor to financial stress among military families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur servicemembers and their families make tremendous sacrifices for our country, and their constant relocation makes it difficult for military spouses to find steady employment,\u201d <strong>dijo el Senador Rosen.<\/strong> \u201cI\u2019m proud to support this bipartisan legislation to incentivize more businesses to hire military spouses and ensure they have access to good-paying jobs. I\u2019ll always work to provide our servicemembers and their families with the tools to thrive.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senator Rosen has been a leader in fighting for members of our military and their families. Last year, she helped introduce the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2022\/03\/10\/rosen-helps-introduce-bipartisan-bill-to-address-hunger-in-the-military\/\"><em>Military Family Nutrition Access Act<\/em><\/a> to support active duty military families experiencing food insecurity.
