Wade<\/em>, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) released the following statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn the year since the Supreme Court took away women\u2019s right to make choices about their own bodies, the attacks on reproductive freedoms have been relentless,\u201d <strong>dijo el Senador Rosen.<\/strong> \u201cExtreme Republicans in Congress won\u2019t stop until they ban abortion nationally, including in pro-choice states like Nevada. I will continue to fight back against every attempt to restrict the rights of Nevada women and will work to restore women\u2019s reproductive rights and protect women\u2019s health and freedom.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senator Rosen has been a leader in the fight to protect Nevada women\u2019s reproductive rights. Senator Rosen helped introduce the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2023\/03\/08\/rosen-cortez-masto-introduce-legislation-to-restore-and-protect-americans-right-to-an-abortion-nationwide\/\"> <em>Women\u2019s Health Protection Act<\/em><\/a> to enshrine <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em> in federal law. Senator Rosen also helped introduce the <em>Freedom to Travel for Health Care Act<\/em>, which would block anti-choice states from limiting travel for abortion service.
