That\u2019s why I\u2019ve been fighting to protect their right to access birth control, and will continue pushing to make it more accessible and affordable.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senator Rosen has been a leader in the fight to defend women&#8217;s reproductive rights. She helped introduce the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2022\/07\/25\/rosen-helps-introduce-legislation-to-codify-the-right-to-contraception\/\"><em>Right to Contraception Act<\/em><\/a> to protect every American\u2019s fundamental right to use birth control. Senator Rosen also helped introduce the <em>Affordability is Access Act<\/em> to ensure that women across the country can access and afford over-the-counter birth control options and make their own family planning decisions. She also helped introduce the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2023\/03\/08\/rosen-cortez-masto-introduce-legislation-to-restore-and-protect-americans-right-to-an-abortion-nationwide\/\"><em>Women\u2019s Health Protection Act<\/em><\/a> to enshrine the reproductive freedoms provided by <em>Roe v.
