I carry the memories from my own experiences, and the stories of constituents caring for their own families. I pledge to continue working to support and empower those who have made the choice to care for their family members.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>BACKGROUND:<\/strong><\/u> Senator Rosen is a co-sponsor of the Credit for Caring Act of 2019 (S.1443), bipartisan legislation which would provide family caregivers with a tax credit to help offset the cost of providing long-term care.<\/p>\n<p>In July, Senator Rosen launched the bipartisan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/node\/357\/\">Comprehensive Care Caucus<\/a>, with co-chairs Senators John Barrasso (R-WY), Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), and Deb Fischer (R-NE).
