Senator Rosen voted to pass the bipartisan <em>Border Patrol Enforcement Act<\/em> to set adequate staffing levels for U.S. Customs and Border Patrol and increase pay for personnel. She also voted to pass the bipartisan <em>Wildland Firefighter Paycheck Protection Act<\/em>, which would help recruit and retain federal wildland firefighters in Nevada by making permanent the pay raise she helped secure in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosen.senate.gov\/es\/2022\/06\/21\/following-rosens-efforts-wildland-firefighters-to-receive-historic-pay-raise\/\"><em>Bipartisan Infrastructure Law<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNevada\u2019s wildland firefighters are heroes who routinely put themselves in harm\u2019s way to protect our communities.
