Rosen Votes to Pass Budget Deal

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) voted in favor of passing H.R. 3387, the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2019, which would set spending levels for the federal government for Fiscal Years 2020 and 2021 and temporarily suspend the federal borrowing limit. The bill passed by a vote of 67-28.

“This bipartisan budget agreement will allow Congress to support critical domestic programs, providing Nevadans with access to quality health care, education, and other services and resources that support working families, small businesses, and our local economy. It will also allow us to fully support our servicemembers and veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country,” dijo el Senador Rosen. “I’ll continue to support bipartisan compromises whenever I can so that we make it easier for Nevadans to continue to get access to the federal services they need.”
