WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV), a member of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC), released the following statement commemorating the 19th anniversary of the September 11th attack:
“Today, we honor the memory of nearly three thousand Americans taken from us during a horrific act of terror against our nation,” dijo el Senador Rosen. “We will never forget the brave souls who were lost on that day, or the incredible courage of the first-responders who selflessly ran toward danger and destruction to save lives. Out of that dark day, our country came together, united in strength, resolve, and resilience. We honor the victims today, and remember the heroism of the service members, first responders, and citizens who sacrificed their lives. Their memory lives on.”
