Rosen Joins Bipartisan Senate Delegation to Visit Poland, Germany

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV), a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, announced that she is joining nine of her Senate colleagues on a bipartisan delegation visit to Poland and Germany this weekend to meet with key NATO partners, meet with top military leaders, and gain further insights on how Congress can continue to support the Ukrainian people as they defend against Vladimir Putin’s violent attacks on their country, just across the border.

Rosen will join Senators Joni Ernst (R-IA), Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), Susan Collins (R-ME), John Cornyn (R-TX), Steve Daines (R-MT), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), Angus King (I-ME), Roger Marshall (R-KS), and Jerry Moran (R-KS).

The bipartisan group of 10 senators issued the following joint statement ahead of their visit to Poland and Germany:

“This strong, bipartisan delegation proves the Senate stands united in its support for Ukraine. During our time in Poland and Germany, we will have the opportunity to gain greater insight on the U.S. and NATO response through engagements with top military leaders. We will return with better insight on how Congress can and should continue to support the Ukrainian people and our NATO allies, and see firsthand the heartbreaking humanitarian impact of Putin’s war of aggression,” said the Senators.

Due to security concerns, further details regarding the bipartisan Congressional delegation visit cannot be released at this time.
