During Immigrant Heritage Month, Rosen Celebrates New American Citizens at Naturalization Ceremony in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, NV – Today, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) participated in a naturalization ceremony at the Lloyd George Federal Court House in Las Vegas. Senator Rosen attended the ceremony to congratulate the newly naturalized American citizens.

“This ceremony is all the more special because June is Immigrant Heritage Month, a time for us to celebrate the stories, cultures, and heritage of the people who come here, and make our country stronger,” said Senator Rosen. “What really unites us is not ethnicity, religion or ancestry – it is a shared pursuit of the American Dream, the idea that anyone in this country has the opportunity to succeed, no matter who they are, and no matter where they came from. Congratulations on this momentous occasion. I’m excited to welcome you all as our nation’s newest citizens.”
