Rosen, Colleagues to Attend Annual Halifax International Security Forum

WASHINGTON, DC — Today, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) announced that she will join a bipartisan congressional delegation to attend the Halifax International Security Forum this weekend. Senator Rosen will be part of a panel to discuss how the United States and our allies can maintain our technological superiority and competitive advantage.

“At a time of increased efforts by our adversaries to undermine international peace and security, I’m glad to be a part of the important discussions at this year’s Halifax International Security Forum,” said Senator Rosen. “From Russia’s brutal and unprovoked invasion of Ukraine, to our strategic competition with China, this annual conference provides an opportunity to deepen our collaboration with our democratic partners to address pressing global challenges. I look forward to joining my Senate colleagues and our allies in this forum.”

Senator Rosen will be attending the forum alongside Senators Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), Jim Risch (R-ID), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), Chris Coons (D-DE), Tim Kaine (D-VA), and Mike Rounds (R-SD).
