In Alamo NV, Pahranagat National Wildlife Refuge serves a special purpose – it’s an essential stopover location for waterfowl and songbirds as they migrate south in the fall and back north in the early spring!
During my most recent visit to the refuge, I heard directly from Fish and Wildlife staff about their work to conserve unique habitats like Pahranagat for all wildlife.
