I'm demanding answers from David Cummins, President Trump's nominee to lead TSA, about the conduct of ICE agents at Harry Reid International Airport. As the federal agency overseeing security at our nation's airports, TSA has a responsibility to ensure airports are safe and secure.
Let me be clear: if I don’t get adequate answers to my questions and a commitment to preventing such abuses in the future, I will not support the confirmation of Mr. Cummins.
