It was great to be back in Boulder City last week! I started the day off as a guest on the Best Dam Podcast with Boulder City, NV Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Jill Rowland-Lagan, and met with Chamber board members to discuss how we can keep promoting rural tourism in Nevada and supporting local small businesses. I also visited the Boulder City Airport – the third-most used airport in Nevada – with Mayor Joe Hardy and stopped by Boulder Dam Brewing Co. for great bratwurst and beer while I cheered on the U.S. Soccer in their first knockout game of the World Cup!

I finished off the night touring the Hoover Dam – which generates power to support 1.3 million people! – and it was truly amazing seeing the Dam’s light display in honor of our nation’s independence.

It was great to hear from Nevadans across Boulder City.
